Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following domestic shipping options:

• Standard Shipping — $8.00 (estimated 5–7 business days)
• Express Shipping — $15.00 (estimated 2–3 business days)
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150

Heavy & Oversized Items Some items, such as mattresses and large equipment, may require additional handling time or freight shipping. If your order qualifies, we'll contact you with shipping details before fulfillment.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations via USPS and DHL Express. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can make it right.
